Controller is responsible for leading the accounting department and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, and month-end close processes across all JCK Restaurants entities.
Position SummaryThe Controller is responsible for leading the accounting department and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, internal controls, reconciliations, and month-end close processes across all JCK Restaurants entities. This leadership role will drive accountability, process improvement, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting the organization's continued growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and maintains high standards for accuracy, organization, and execution.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Experience managing accounting operations in a multi-unit or multi-entity environment preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and improve processes Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or high-volume transactional industry experience preferred
