Bridget Killen with Robert Half is partnering with a respected local public accounting firm to identify a Tax Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and has a strong background in business tax return preparation and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and process business tax returns accurately and in a timely manner

+ Review financial records and tax documents to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations

+ Support tax planning and reporting activities for business clients

+ Research tax issues and assist with resolving client questions

+ Maintain organized and complete tax files and supporting documentation

+ Collaborate with internal team members and clients throughout the tax preparation process

Requirements

+ CPA or EA designation required

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

+ Previous experience processing business tax returns required

+ Strong knowledge of tax regulations and business tax filings

+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

+ Excellent communication and client service abilities
