Accounting Clerk
Bridget Killen from Robert Half is partnering with an employer to find an Accounting Clerk with experience processing accounts payable invoices in a high-volume environment. Based on general knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of AP invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Review, code, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Respond to vendor and internal accounts payable inquiries
- Maintain organized records and support month-end AP activities
