Staff Accountant

We are seeking a staff accountant to join our team. The prospective candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in accounting or a related field. The role demands robust knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliations, debits and credits, and journal entries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Conduct detailed bank reconciliations regularly and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare journal entries as required, ensuring all business transactions are recorded.
• Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain detailed and organized financial records.
• Assist in the development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as required.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Assist with the company's tax compliance and strategy.
