Job Responsibilities- Report directly to the CEO with strong problem-solving ability and humor
- Serve as a key communicator for the CEO
- Interface with team members to support clear communication and follow-through, ensuring company goals are met and operations run efficiently
- Create, maintain, and refine internal processes company wide to improve workflow and execution
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on projects and priorities
- Remain solutions-focused in the face of roadblocks
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including calendar, email, calls, mail, client management, and logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and information flow, including external meetings via Teams
- Manage senior executive travel logistics, including accommodations and transportation
- Provide administrative and office support, including document preparation, spreadsheets, and maintenance of filing systems and contact databases
- Maintain strict confidentiality in a professional, gossip-free environment
- Organize team communications and assist with event planning
- Intelligence and humor
- 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior or executive leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and comfort learning new systems
- Flexible, dependable team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality related to company and employee information
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in fashion or accessory production
- Experience developing internal processes and systems
- Two to four years of office assistant experience
