Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday w/weekend availability
Salary: $45,000–$58,000 per year (DOE, Salaried)
South Hills Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator with strong communication skills to join our dedicated healthcare team.

As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring appropriate staffing coverage by developing, implementing, and maintaining effective scheduling processes for our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and manage nursing staff schedules and all related records
- Create and post the four-week master schedule in compliance with Hourly Scheduling policies
- Ensure staffing patterns meet operational and regulatory requirements
- Adjust staffing based on census changes, call-offs, budget considerations, and approved leaves
- Process requests for time off, vacation, sick time, and other absences with Director of Nursing approval
- Track absenteeism and scheduling documentation and keep leadership informed
- Comply with Resident Rights policies and ensure they are upheld at all times
- Provide administrative support as assigned (as needed)
- 1–2+ years of staff scheduling experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation abilities
