What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to property management teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Communicating professionally with tenants, property owners, and vendors to facilitate effective interactions.
• Assisting with leasing procedures, tenant communications, and documentation management.
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to maintain efficiency.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date property and tenant records.
• Assisting with scheduling, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
• Entering and updating data accurately within property management software systems such as App Folio or Tenant Tech.
• Supporting marketing efforts and updating property listings as needed.
• Organizing administrative files and documentation for easy access and compliance.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• 1-3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, or customer service.
• Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic.
•
Experience with property management software such as App Folio or Tenant Tech is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
