Job Type: Full Time, Onsite
Schedule:
Day, 8:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
Starting Wage: $19.50 - $22.50, depending on experience
Farwest’s Administrative Department seeks a dependable and customer-oriented individual to join their Eugene team as Administrative Assistant I. In this role, you will support sales and operations in all administrative responsibilities, provide customer service to both internal and external customers, and process data to provide all operational departments with necessary information and documentation to complete work orders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain daily auditing to resolve discrepancies, errors or omissions
- Review branch paperwork to assist in resolving missing data for receiving’s, certifications, etc.
- Daily Scanning of Branch Paperwork
- Compile certification packets to go to customers
- Daily Mail Duties – Sort and Distribute
- Monitoring incoming requests folders from inner office departments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous office, customer service, and phone experience.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs.
- 10 key and data entry with speed and accuracy.
