Position Summary
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE/ 8 hours per day position working on the CL-11 (226 days per full school year) schedule, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
- Experience working with school records and registrar duties.
- Understands FERPA and school confidentiality laws and compliance
- Demonstrated competence in typing, data entry and use of standard office machines.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently. Respect for confidentiality.
- Experience differentiating practices for diverse populations.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse students, staff and community populations. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous training in secretarial, clerical and bookkeeping practices and procedures. Two years secretarial or clerical work including experience in data processing or EDP terminal operation.
