Your Day to Day:
  • Managing Schedules: You’ll keep the schedules of clients and caregivers running smoothly, ensuring caregivers are matched with clients based on their needs and availability.
  • Problem Solver: When changes pop up, you’ll jump in and find solutions, whether that’s reassigning shifts or communicating updates to clients and caregivers.
  • Client & Caregiver Support: You’ll be the go-to person for both our caregivers and clients when it comes to schedules, keeping everyone in the loop and making sure everyone feels heard and supported.
  • Behind the Scenes: You will be part of a scheduling team of 4 working together to provide the best schedules for our clients and caregivers. Tracking scheduled hours ensuring our care staff is getting the hours they want and that our clients are receiving consistency.
  • On-call Duties: on-call scheduling will be a rotating duty divided up among the Scheduling team. You will be fielding messages from our answering service after hours and following up with any necessary matters. This portion of the job can be done from the comfort of your home and additional compensation is provided for each on-call you are assigned
    - Laptop and work cell phone are provided.

  • Communication: You’ll keep clients and caregivers informed with clear, friendly updates.

    - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (In-Office)
  • On-call Scheduling (rotating Schedule)
