Overview
Midas is looking to hire an Automotive Service Advisor/Assistant Manager.

- Work closely with technicians to find automotive repair solutions
- Review technician digital inspections
- Write estimates for repairs and factory scheduled maintenance
- Sell customers automotive repairs and factory scheduled maintenance
- Manage technician schedules
- Work through inventory, time and bay management, and a host of other managerial duties
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license with less than two moving violations in the last three years
- Must have a good attitude, work well with others, and have high computer aptitude
- Previous automotive experience is strongly suggested but may not be mandatory for the right candidate
Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000–$90,000 per year, which is a combination of base pay and a commission structure. Compensation is highly dependent on the applicant’s hard work and sales abilities.
