- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.
- Maintain high service standards to meet Mopar certification and performance benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine maintenance services and thorough vehicle inspections.
- Stay current with manufacturer updates, technical bulletins, and service protocols.
- Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and craftsmanship.
- Communicate directly with service advisors and customers, providing clear repair estimates and status updates.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and clean workspace.
- Mopar Certified Master Technician or equivalent industry certifications.
- Extensive experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, specifically on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and service procedures.
- Adept at navigating new technology and computer programs.
- Ability to handle complex repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with teammates and customers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
