Position Summary:
The Associate Director of Enrollment Systems & Strategic Operations (ADESSO) is a senior strategic leader responsible for enrollment systems strategy, governance, and optimization, and for owning Slate CRM for the College. The role drives operational excellence across recruitment, application, decision, and onboarding workflows; provides advanced data analytics, portfolio leadership, and project management; and supports enrollment goals at the institutional level.
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of enrollment systems and Slate CRM.
- Provide strategic consultation and project management for cross‑functional initiatives.
- Analyze enrollment data, develop dashboards and visualizations, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
- Integrate campus operating systems with enterprise software, ensuring security and control procedures.
- Supervise key administrative staff and coordinate portfolio management efforts.
- Maintain compliance with institutional policies and data governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience with CRM technology, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience totaling seven years.
- Experience providing strategic consultation, project management, and policy development.
- Advanced expertise in Slate CRM administration, including workflow automation, business rules, complex queries, reporting, and architecture best practices.
- Proficiency in data analytics (SQL, data transformation, dashboard development) and data stewardship.
- Strong knowledge of systems integration and enterprise software security.
- Proven project and portfolio management skills, including planning, risk, and issue management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables, lookups, modeling); familiarity with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, systems‑thinking, and continuous‑improvement mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for building relationships across diverse stakeholders.
