Job Description
PTLA in Eugene is looking for a Painter Make/Ready worker to drive excellence in the presentation, curb appeal of the community and preservation of the asset. This is a temporary, full‑time seasonal position, employment expected from June through September.
Pay$20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities- Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents, and vendors.
- Experience in maintenance/painting preferred.
- Sufficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work well independently and in teams.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Monday to Friday.
