Job DetailsSalary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year
Based in Portland, we are a growing commercial general contractor that has been in business for over 3 decades. Our current need is for a talented Project Manager who will work on multiple projects simultaneously all while keeping everything safe and on budget.

- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate estimates.
- Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members.
- 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Experience with commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
