What You'll Do
As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with everyday tasks on construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Operating basic hand and power tools following safety protocols.
• Digging, trenching, and grading as required for various projects.
• Supporting demolition, site preparation, and material handling activities.
• Following instructions from supervisors and crew leads to complete assigned tasks effectively.
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment and wearing PPE at all times.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools confidently.
• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions as part of a team.
