Responsibilities

Assist with weather barrier installation, foundation waterproofing, and general construction projects
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Prepare and maintain safe, organized job sites
Operate hand and power tools
Perform physical labor in various weather conditions
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Travel to project locations as needed
Learn specialized construction skills through hands-on training

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required
Willingness and ability to travel for projects
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Ability to work well with a team
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
Construction experience is a plus, but not required

The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm (Hours may vary as they are subject to change as needed, but this is the standard day-to-day schedule).

Our History

Kaminski Construction was born in 2008 at the beginning of the Great Recession. We landed our first job and began to grow, as other construction companies were laying workers off. We have continued to grow and expand our services and now field a crew of about 50 employees.
