Operate Screed, Roller, Paver, or other heavy equipment as part of asphalt paving operations;
Load and unload equipment and secure it for transport;
Assist labor crew including shoveling, raking, and compacting asphalt materials;
Communicate with foreman/paver operator to maintain steady pace and quality of the mat;
Observe and enforce safety and regulatory requirements, including PPE usage and site hazards
