As a Construction Laborer, you'll support skilled tradespeople and help keep projects on track. You'll work closely with supervisors and team members to deliver results that make a difference. What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Assisting carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to keep projects moving smoothly Loading and unloading materials to support daily construction needs Preparing job sites through cleanup and organization to maintain safety and efficiency Helping with demolitions and safely removing debris Using basic hand and power tools to assist with tasks, including general framing and siding support What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Some construction or general labor experience (6 months preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands-on work throughout the day Willingness to follow safety guidelines and project procedures Comfort using a tape measure for basic measurement tasks Why Join Us in Eugene?
