Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Eugene, OR This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Customer Service Representative, while learning new ones to assist you in your career.

Shift:  Tuesday - Saturday - 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

** Requirements:*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Minimum of 1 year experience within a call center environment..

+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 per hour
