• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information to customers.
• Work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world‑class service.
• Apply exemplary customer service, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Use computer systems to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements.
• Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
