The Service Assistant is the person who keeps the service drive moving and the guest experience on track -- greeting guests, supporting advisors, shuttling clients, and making sure every touchpoint feels professional and unhurried.

• Greet guests on the service drive with a warm, professional presence -- setting the tone for the entire service visit from the moment they arrive
• Valet and move vehicles on and off the service drive -- safely staging incoming and outgoing vehicles to keep the operation flowing
• Answer incoming service department phone calls -- directing guests, providing updates on vehicle status, and delivering a composed, professional first impression
• Schedule service appointments -- accurately capturing guest needs, availability, and vehicle information in the DMS
• Provide guests with status updates on their vehicle -- communicating clearly and proactively so no guest is left wondering
• Shuttle guests to and from their home, office, or other destinations -- representing BMW of Eugene professionally on every trip
• Support portering needs -- moving vehicles across the lot and between service bays as directed
• Assist service advisors with general drive coverage and guest coordination throughout the day

• No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one
• Previous customer service, hospitality, front-desk, or administrative experience a strong plus
• Professional, polished, and composed -- BMW guests expect a premium experience from the first hello
• Clear, confident communicator -- comfortable on the phone, in person, and with guests from a variety of backgrounds
• Organized and adaptable -- this role shifts between desk work, drive coverage, and shuttle duties throughout the day
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record -- required, as vehicle movement and guest shuttling are central to this role
• Reliable and punctual -- the service team and our guests count on you
