Serve as the primary contact for servicing commercial deposit clients and treasury management products;
Provide high level client service for all products and services via phone, email, and other channels;
Field client requests and provide guidance on account implementation, funds transfer/stop payments, and transaction posting issues;
Escalate complex issues to Senior CCS Representative and coordinate with Relationship Managers;
Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory requirements and comply with bank policies and training
