What You'll Do As an Entry Level Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

• Customer Service including lots of phone communication. Following up with customers on shipping inquiries?
• Processing paperwork including checking for errors.
• Entering orders including data input, faxing and emailing.
• Assist sales with questions, quotes or order entry.
• Update website as needed
• Sales order and invoice filing

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Prior customer service experience including phone and computer work
• A team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance.
