Our structured onboarding and mentorship program helps ease the transition from school to clinical practice, especially for hygienists interested in pediatric care. New hygienists begin with a reduced schedule and receive hands-on guidance from experienced team members while building confidence in patient communication, behavior management, preventive treatment, and clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform age-appropriate dental cleanings, polishing, sealants, and fluoride treatments
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care habits
• Help create a calm, positive, and engaging experience for pediatric patients
• Take digital radiographs
• Monitor growth, development, and oral health conditions in pediatric patients
• Partner closely with doctors and team members to support comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
