Smile Alive is a thriving, independent dental practice in Eugene, known for our thorough, patient
-centric approach. We are currently expanding and looking for a seasoned Dental Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence and building lasting patent relationships.

• Clinical Autonomy: We leverage abilities as a dental assistant to its fullest, allowing you to provide high-level care.
• Focus on Care: We prioritizes Continued care scheduling at the point of appointment to ensure our patients never fall through the cracks

• Provide exceptional chairside support during complex procedures including crowns, bridges, fillings, root canals, extractions and more.
• Educate patients on their treatment plans and long-term oral health
• Lead the “continued care” conversation to ensure patients are scheduled for their next visit before they leave the chair.

• An EFDA is preferred, but we are willing to support you in achieving that certification.
• X-ray certification and current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 2+years of experience in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education.

• Full time, In-person
• Pay: 22 - 30 per hour based on experience

• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 with contract clause
