Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family, is inviting applications for an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Eugene, OR. The position is a full‑time, primary care role within a turnkey orthopedic practice.

  • Turnkey orthopedic practice with an established referral base.

  • 3 experienced orthopedic PAs.
  • 1 Sports Medicine physician integrated into practice.
  • 3 podiatrists (1 non‑surgical, 2 surgical).
  • Support staff including MAs, athletic trainer, cast techs, office manager.
• Additional Details
  • On‑site imaging: X‑ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI.
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; OR hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Collaborative, close‑knit department culture.

• Graduate of a four‑year U.S. medical school or equivalent.
• Residency completed in orthopedic surgery.
• Unrestricted OR physician license or ability to obtain one.
• Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification.
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in orthopedic surgery.
• Proficient in EMR use.
• Excellent time‑management skills.

Compensation ranges from $430,000 to $887,500 total cash, including base pay and bonus, based on market, education, and experience.
