Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery to join a well-established spine clinic in Eugene, Oregon. This role focuses on diagnosing and surgically treating acute spine conditions. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and utilize advanced surgical techniques in both an ambulatory surgery center and hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of spine-related conditions.
Perform spine surgeries, including both routine and complex procedures.
Conduct patient consultations, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Perform surgical procedures at an ambulatory surgery center and affiliated hospital.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and medical innovations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and clinical standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
Valid Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Specialized expertise in spine surgery and spine care.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
