Family Practice Physician needed full-time in western Oregon (roughly 1 hour south of Eugene)
- ASAP - 3-month initial contract with the potential to extend (while clinic is searching for permanent hires)
- Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Average 16-18 patients per day, mostly scheduled visits
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, coughs, fever, some chronic care coverage such as hypertension and diabetes
- No suturing required
- Working alongside two Family NPs, 2 RNs, and 3-4 CANs
- Facility uses EMR:
