Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) – Eugene, OR
Peace Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our outpatient team in the Physicians & Surgeons South Building, located on the River Bend campus in the Eugene/Springfield community.
This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical support and close access to specialty and hospital resources.
Position Highlights
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) outpatient Primary Care

- Established patient panel with consistent demand

Clinical Support and Resources
- Inbox Clinician Program designed to support panel management
- DAX scribe technology available
- Embedded care team, including:
- Social Worker
- Integrated Behavioral Health
- RN Care Management
- Diabetic Educator
- Onsite lab and imaging services
- Located on the River Bend campus with direct access to specialty care and hospital-based resources
Compensation and Benefits
- First-year salary guarantee: $ (1.0 FTE)

Requirements
- MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency
- Board certified or board eligible
- Oregon license or ability to obtain
- BLS required; ACLS or PALS within 30 days of hire
