Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Associate

This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care without the administrative burden of panel ownership, making it an excellent fit for both experienced providers and new graduates.

Position Details:
Outpatient only Primary Care Four-day work week for full-time APC's;

Onsite pharmacist RN case manager LPN care support Social work resources In-basket support teams Team-based MA model Onsite lab and imaging services Epic EMR with DAX AI-powered documentation support Virtual care support including e-visits and video visits
