Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate

Position Details:

• Outpatient only Primary Care
• Four-day work week for full-time APC's;
  Hybrid roles for eligible candidates
• Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
• Average 16-17 patients per day
