Join a collaborative primary care team where APCs practice at the top of their license while working alongside physicians, pharmacists, nurses, care managers, and behavioral health professionals. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care without the administrative burden of panel ownership, making it an excellent fit for both experienced providers and new graduates.
Position Details:
- Outpatient only Primary Care
- Four-day work week for full-time APC's;
Hybrid roles for eligible candidates - Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
- Average 16-17 patients per day
