Oculoplastics Position in Willamette Valley of Oregon

Overview

We are recruiting for a talented full or part-time oculofacial or oculoplastics surgeon for our physician-owned practice comprising 3 MD and 3 OD in Eugene, OR. This practice serves a catchment area of 550,000 people and is the only oculoplastics surgeon in the region, with recent retirements among other specialists.

Requirements include MD or DO, valid Oregon medical license, patient-care orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Competitive base salary (higher based on experience) with incentive plan, sign-on bonus, and a clear and rapid path to partnership in the practice and ASC

We entered a brand-new clinic space in July 2024 and have access to advanced equipment such as Fotona Er:

YAG, Nuvissa cold plasma pen, Lumenis Optilift, and a LASIK procedure suite. Our practice offers a path to partnership and ownership in 3 affiliated ASCs that are doctor-owned with no private equity involvement. Experienced ophthalmologists and new graduates are welcome.
