Faculty - Business Management - Culture and Belonging First-Year Fellowship
This position will remain in the pool until a decision is made on your candidacy.
Faculty members are expected to be skilled educators, with a passion for teaching and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include providing quality education and teaching in a range of community college courses. Faculty will also engage in academic professional activities advancing the goals of the College and Division, and follow College and Division policies.
Culture and Belonging Faculty Fellowship Program InformationThe program affirms cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and accessible environment. It seeks to promote recruitment and retention of faculty experienced in working effectively in different cultural contexts, supporting under‑represented groups, and advancing equity.
The fellowship provides a one‑year program with reassignment of one course for one term to allow focus on professional development and collaboration. Fellows will teach classes in their fields of expertise, receive mentorship, and collaborate across disciplines.
