The Business, Technology, and Trades Division of Lane Community College invites applications for a part-time, as-needed, Instructional Specialist for the Construction Technology Program.

Required QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Education:
Two (2) years of post-secondary education in Construction Technology.
Required Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in a Construction related field.
Licensure or Certification Requirements Conditions of Employment:

* Must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Education
* AA/AS in Construction Technology or related.
* Completion of coursework in Construction.
Preferred Experience
* Familiarity with LCC course materials, methods, and procedures.
* Experience in assisting students at a community college is preferred.
* Experience with concrete and concrete formwork.
* Experience in residential construction from framing to finish, including stair and roof construction.
* Forklift certified
