Required QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Education:

* Two years of post-secondary education or training with course work in the area of assignment.

* Equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered qualifying.

Required Experience:

* Two years of experience tutoring, mentoring, or otherwise providing one-on-one or group guidance to students at the college level.

Licensure or Certification Requirements Conditions of Employment:

Preferred QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree or higher in area of tutoring specialization.

Preferred Experience

* Tutoring or other student-facing work experience at a community college.

* CRLA tutor certification
