Culture and Belonging Faculty Fellowship Program Information

The Culture and Belonging Faculty Fellowship Program affirms the institutional goals of cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and accessible working and learning environment. The fellowship program seeks to promote the recruitment and retention of faculty experienced in working effectively in different cultural contexts to serve the educational needs of the community and increase the capacity to understand difference, power, and privilege.

Lane sponsors an annual program designed to bring two faculty members to the College each year.
