About Resource, Access, Discovery, and Delivery:
Resource Access, Discovery, and Delivery (RADD) streamlines the discovery-to-delivery experience for library patrons. Employees in the department work with stakeholders to continually enhance the library's primary discovery system, Primo VE, and coordinate the administration of the Alma Library Services Platform. They also open and close library facilities, provide public service, circulate material, manage the course reserves and circulating equipment collections, fulfill interlibrary loan and document delivery requests, maintain physical resources, and oversee study rooms.
RADD personnel operate across multiple locations including the Knight Library, Design Library, Mathematics Library, Oregon Institute of Marine Biology Library, and Price Science Commons.
