In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference by providing direct, individualized behavioral support to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Key qualifications and experience include:

• Active RBT certification with appropriate state licensure
• Previous experience working in school settings at the elementary, middle, or high school level
• Comfortable in a 1:1 student support environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with data collection and behavior intervention plans
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs

Core responsibilities and expectations:

• Provide direct behavioral support and intervention to assigned students during the school day
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on student progress and behaviors
• Support teachers and other staff members in employing evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and respectful atmosphere for students
• Participate in team meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student progress
