Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting the success of students in a dynamic school-based environment near Eugene, OR. In this full-time contract role (37.5 hours per week), your expertise will make a meaningful impact across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Your behavioral insights and collaborative approach will help empower educators, support staff, and students on a diverse and engaging caseload.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to gather essential data and inform interventions
- Designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs
- Providing consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to ensure best practices in behavior management
- Maintaining consistent progress monitoring, data analysis, and detailed documentation to track outcomes and compliance
- Collaborating with IEP teams, participating in meetings, and contributing your expertise to help the team create supportive learning environments
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and state licensure
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, with a collaborative approach working alongside multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to evidence-based practices and fostering positive, inclusive support for students across educational levels
