Department Information
Lane Community College has begun the recruitment for an Interim Senior Instructional Dean for the Health Professions, Health, and Physical Education Division. Our Health Professions, Health, and Physical Education Division offers a variety of programs to assist individuals wishing to enter health care careers, improve health education, and participate in physical education activities. The excellence of each program is evidenced by graduates' high scores on licensing board exams, rapid placement of graduates in local and regional employment, and in program accreditation from governing boards.
This is a full-time position.

Annual Salary/Wage Range: $110,985 - $124,844 Annual (Management Salary Grade 25) Salary/Compensation Statement:
* The position's full salary range is $110,985 to $164,286. New employees cannot be placed higher than $124,844 (step 4 on the salary grade) due to internal equity. The application is used to determine the initial salary placement for selected candidates. All employment and education history will be considered.
* Our Management Benefits package includes a generous contribution toward medical, dental and vision insurance, long term disability as well as paid sick leave and vacation time.
* Lane Community College is considered a qualifying public employer for the purposes of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, full-time employees working at the College may qualify for forgiveness of the remaining balance on Direct Loans after 120 qualifying monthly payments under a qualifying repayment plan. Questions regarding your loan eligibility should be directed to your loan servicer or to the US Department of Education.

Education:
Master's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution of higher education.
Required Experience:
Four (4) years of increasingly responsible administrative, management, and/or leadership experience in higher education.
