Overview Of The Role
Regional Admissions Lead (Hybrid, with frequent travel to schools within your region, minimum 1x/month). As the Regional Admissions Lead (RAL), you serve as a strategic and hands-on leadership partner supporting schools across the admissions, marketing, and parent experience domains. You help create the conditions that allow schools to thrive by strengthening enrollment health, deepening community connection, and ensuring families feel genuinely welcomed, known, cared for, and connected throughout their experience with the school.
The region includes schools in Washington, Oregon, and Northern California. A key part of this work is embedding hospitality deeply into the culture and daily practices of schools so that every interaction with families reflects warmth, professionalism, responsiveness, and trust. Admissions is about building relationships, connection, and belief in the school community. You will partner closely with school leaders to strengthen the full family journey from first impression through long-term community belonging.
Through coaching, modeling, strategic thought partnership, and hands-on support, you will drive admissions outcomes, improve brand awareness, and deepen our schools reach and impact within their local communities. You will also collaborate with central domain teams (e.g., School Operations and Marketing) to support ongoing development work such as improving admissions resources for school teams and onboarding and training processes. Support may take many forms and will vary by developmental stage of each school, with earlier-stage schools typically requiring more hands-on execution support, while established schools benefit from coaching toward independence and stronger community presence.
The goal is to help school leaders own strategy and execution within admissions, marketing, and parent experience more independently at the school level in coordination with the broader regional team. This work is rewarding and demanding; strong RALs balance strategy with execution, support with accountability, and data-informed decision-making with hospitality and relationship-building while staying connected to campus realities. You should be energized by both strategic problem solving and day-to-day work of helping schools execute with excellence.
Key Areas of Focus
The RAL may report to the Regional Manager (RM) or Assistant Regional Manager (ARM). In either structure, the RAL is responsible for driving strong execution and outcomes within the admissions, marketing, and parent experience domains in close partnership with their direct manager.
