Position: High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Eugene, Oregon

Key Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Licensed to practice, as applicable
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating effectively with school staff and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student needs
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes
• Provide on-site consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other educational team members
• Engage in ongoing progress monitoring, including data collection, analysis, and detailed documentation to support student growth
• Partner closely with IEP teams, actively participating in collaborative meetings to ensure student support strategies are aligned with overall educational goals
