Requirements for Success:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Licensed and certified for work within educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform best practices
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Oversee progress monitoring, conduct detailed data analysis, and manage documentation requirements
