Qualifications:

• Valid State Psychologist certification or eligibility
• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Familiarity with IEP processes, psycho educational assessments, and data interpretation
• Experience developing and implementing behavior management and intervention strategies
• Strong analytical, communication, and consultation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Prior school-based or educational experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students strengths and areas of concern
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver counseling and intervention services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Consult with teachers and staff to develop effective strategies for student success
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with families, community agencies, and other professionals to coordinate support services
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
