• Master’s degree in the area of instruction or bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years of experience for undergraduate teaching (graduate teaching requires a doctorate or master’s with requisite professional experience).
• Strong commitment to multiculturalism and diversity.
• Vibrant and maturing Christian faith; a personal Statement of Faith is required.
• Ability to teach in face‑to‑face, hybrid, or fully online modalities.
• High personal motivation, attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to FERPA guidelines and student confidentiality.
• Works in a non‑smoking, drug‑free environment.
• All employees are required to be mandatory reporters under Oregon law.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and bend, stoop, kneel as needed.
