The University of Oregon seeks five First-Year Advisors to support first-year student retention through proactive, equity-minded advising within a school or college. You will provide direct advising to an identified caseload and collaborate with Undergraduate Education and Student Success and campus partners.
Two roles are embedded in the Lundquist College of Business, two in Arts & Sciences, and one in the School of Journalism and Communication.
