This position is for the 2026/2027 school year.
This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE, 8 hours per day position working on the CL-10 schedule, Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
We seek a candidate with strong background in post‑secondary transition planning, ability to help students navigate college, trade school, military, and workforce pathways. The role involves working closely with counseling department, leveraging guidance operations, supporting student success, and managing/mastering schedules into Synergy.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense career information to counselors, students, and parents, handling complex tasks with initiative and judgment.
- Use information storage/retrieval system to support student scholarship applications, college selection, vocational guidance, and career research.
- Coordinate with guests and school to schedule events (symposiums, speakers, conferences) to keep students updated on career options. Work with students drop‑in and scheduled basis.
