• Manage and oversee all aspects of day‑to‑day operations in the center
• Conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees
• Lead and motivate team members by developing them professionally and personally
• Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships
• Monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• Identify student needs and opportunities and develop customized student learning plans

• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
• Passion for math and working with students
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
• Good math, computer, and internet skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Preferred experience:
  
  Mathnasium Center Director, Mathnasium Assistant Center Director, or high school math teacher

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency. Once hired, the initial training period’s pay rate is $17/hour until training with Mathnasium Headquarters is completed. Working 30+ hours per week, including 15+ hours during business hours. Upon successful completion of the initial training, the starting pay rate becomes $25/hour + up to $1,000/month in bonuses (two $500 monthly bonuses based on monthly student enrollment).

Working flexibly 30‑40 hours per week (150+ hours per month), including 24+ hours during business hours.
