Hiring Incentive
Successful candidates will receive Bethel School District’s $4,000 Special Education Hiring Incentive!
Educators must be fully and appropriately licensed by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) to be eligible for this incentive. Restricted license holders will not be eligible. The hiring incentive applies to individuals newly employed by the district. This incentive will be prorated based on the employee’s hire date and FTE.
- $1,000 bonus after 30 days of work
- $750 in December paycheck
- $750 in March paycheck
- $1,000 in June at the conclusion of the school year
Bethel School District is seeking appropriately licensed candidates for 0.5 FTE Elementary Resource Room Teacher at Meadow View for the school year.
Candidates who are licensed or will have the ability to be licensed by Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission are encouraged to apply.
